Time for an Update

Paul and Abbey were here for Thanksgiving.  We had a great time!  We went to the Pickens flea market...Abbey found all kinds of good stuff...I left with a bag of oranges.  We had a lot of good food, played some Scrabble, drank some tea, passed around colds... James is the only one who hasn't been sick.

I definitely failed at  taking pictures, but here is one of us together.


Now we are getting ready for Christmas!  We went down to the farm to find our tree.

We found this little one for Lee.  It was prickly.



While I was decorating his tree, I turned around to find him like this.  It was the first time he pulled himself up, and he was so proud.

Here is our tree.

James spent all day Saturday raking and blowing the THOUSANDS of leaves in our yard.  We have a lot of trees...too many really.  Lee was entertained.

I'm hoping to get all my decorating done this week...along with a few other projects.  Looking forward to the big Knight Christmas on Sunday!
